Exchanges and Returns

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery date of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. After review, products that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you at your expense. Return packages are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Please contact us via the "? Help" button at the bottom of the site to submit your request.

EXCHANGE
You can exchange your product for another product of the same price. If the requested exchange product is unavailable, we will refund your order.
Returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense and must be sent to the following address:

REFUND
Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after receiving the returned products, by crediting the bank account used for the corresponding order payment.
The refund will cover only the purchase price of the item(s) in question, excluding initial delivery and return shipping fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
